Affiliate Program

Terms

**1. Eligibility**
Any individual or entity may apply to become a Travelnata affiliate. Travelnata reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Travelnata may request additional verification before approving an application.

**2. Referral Attribution**
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link or code. When a user clicks that link, a cookie will be placed on their device for a maximum of 30 days from the first click. Any qualifying booking made by that user within this 30-day attribution window will be attributed to the affiliate. If the same user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last click before the booking will generally determine attribution, subject to Travelnata’s standard tracking procedures. Travelnata is not responsible for tracking failures caused by the user’s browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical issues beyond its control.

**3. Commission**
For each qualifying booking attributed to an affiliate, Travelnata will pay a commission of 10.00% of the gross booking value, unless a different rate has been agreed in writing. Travelnata may, at its discretion, negotiate a higher commission rate with specific affiliates, up to a maximum of 30.00%. The gross booking value is the total price paid by the customer for the tour or experience, before any deductions, taxes, or fees. Commissions are not paid on add-ons, upgrades, or extras not included in the original booking. No commission is earned on bookings made by the affiliate (self-referral is not allowed).

**4. Reversals**
Commissions will be reversed (deducted from the affiliate’s balance) in any of the following circumstances: the booking is refunded or cancelled in full or in part; the booking is identified as fraudulent or made in breach of these terms; or the booking is disputed by the customer for any reason. Reversals will be processed within a reasonable time after Travelnata becomes aware of the relevant event. Travelnata reserves the right to recover any commissions already paid out in these situations, including by offsetting against future commissions.

**5. Prohibited Promotion**
Affiliates must not engage in any of the following promotional activities: bidding on branded keywords or variations (including but not limited to "Travelnata," "travelnata.com," and common misspellings) on search engines or any pay-per-click platform; using incentivised traffic (e.g., offering rewards, points, or cash for clicking links), fake traffic, bots, or automated clicking tools; misrepresenting Travelnata’s brand, services, or pricing; or promoting affiliate links on any platform whose terms of service prohibit affiliate links or third-party tracking. Affiliates found violating this section may have commissions withheld and their accounts terminated.

**6. Payouts**
Commissions are held for 30 days after the booking date before they become eligible for payout. Once the hold period ends, commissions will be added to the affiliate’s available balance. Payouts are made when the affiliate’s accrued commissions reach the minimum payout threshold of 50.00. Travelnata will process payouts via PayPal or bank transfer, at Travelnata’s discretion, within 30 days of the payout request being approved. The affiliate is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and reporting obligations related to commissions received.

**7. Termination & Changes**
Travelnata may suspend or close an affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice via email. Travelnata may also modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms on its website or sending notice to the affiliate. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by ceasing use of affiliate links and notifying Travelnata.

**8. Liability & No Agency**
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of Travelnata. No agency, partnership, or employment relationship is created by these terms. Travelnata is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the program, including lost profits or data. The affiliate’s sole remedy for any dispute or breach is termination of the program. Travelnata’s total liability for any claim is limited to the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the 12 months prior to the claim.

**9. Governing Law**
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bali, Indonesia.
