How do I book an activity?
Booking an activity on Travelnata is simple:
- Browse or search for your desired activity on our website
- Select your preferred date and number of participants
- Choose a package if multiple options are available
- Fill in your details including contact information
- Complete payment using your preferred method
- Receive confirmation via email with your booking voucher
Your booking is confirmed instantly once payment is completed. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.
Can I book for a group?
Yes! Most activities on Travelnata accommodate group bookings. Simply select the number of participants during checkout. For large groups (10+ people), we recommend contacting us directly for special arrangements and potential group discounts.
What information do I need to book?
To complete your booking, you'll need:
- Full name of the lead traveler
- Email address (for confirmation and voucher)
- Phone number (for emergency contact)
- Number of participants
- Preferred date and time
- Hotel name or pickup location (if applicable)
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Popular activities, especially sunrise tours and peak season experiences, should be booked 3-7 days ahead. Some activities offer last-minute booking options, but availability may be limited.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to our bank account
- E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay
- Virtual Account: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata
- Cash: Pay on arrival (for select activities)
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments on Travelnata are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We use SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards to protect your financial information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
What currency are prices displayed in?
Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). For international visitors, you can also view prices in USD. The final charge will be in IDR, and your bank may apply currency conversion fees if paying with a foreign card.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! The price you see is the price you pay. All taxes and service fees are included in the displayed price. Some activities may have optional add-ons or insurance, which will be clearly shown before checkout.
Cancellation & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the activity start time
- 50% refund: 12-24 hours before the activity
- No refund: Less than 12 hours before or no-show
Note: Some activities may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated on the activity page.
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking:
- Log in to your Travelnata account
- Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard
- Find the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
Alternatively, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number.
How long do refunds take?
Refund processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-14 business days
- E-Wallets: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
What happens if the activity is cancelled by the operator?
If an activity is cancelled by the operator (due to weather, safety, or other reasons), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no extra cost. We'll notify you as soon as possible and help arrange alternatives.
On the Day
What should I bring to the activity?
Essential items to bring:
- Your booking confirmation or voucher (digital or printed)
- Valid ID or passport
- Comfortable clothing appropriate for the activity
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat for outdoor activities
- Camera (optional)
- Small amount of cash for personal expenses
Specific requirements will be listed on your activity voucher.
What if I'm running late?
If you're running late, please contact the tour operator immediately using the phone number on your voucher. Most operators allow a 15-minute grace period, but this varies by activity. For activities with strict start times (like sunrise tours), late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Is hotel pickup included?
Many activities include complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off within certain areas (usually major tourist areas in Bali). Check the activity details for pickup information. If your hotel is outside the covered area, additional charges may apply or you may need to meet at a designated point.

Do I need an account to book?
You can book as a guest, but we recommend creating an account for easy access to your bookings, faster checkout, and exclusive member offers. Sign up is free and takes less than a minute.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
