Feel the spray on a bouncing banana boat ride, open the throttle on a jet ski with an instructor, then rise above the turquoise bay on a parasailing flight with wide views of the coastline. Garuda Wisnu Kencana. After a relaxed Indonesian lunch, walk the limestone plazas of the cultural park and look up at the colossal statue of Lord Vishnu riding the mythical Garuda — one of the tallest monuments in Southeast Asia. Uluwatu Temple at sunset. Continue to Pura Luhur Uluwatu, perched about seventy meters above the Indian Ocean. Stroll the clifftop paths as the light turns gold and the waves crash far below.
