Understanding pricing and fees
How Travelnata prices are shown, which taxes and fees are included, which currency you are charged in, and which payment methods you can use.
What the price includes
No hidden fees: the price you see is the price you pay. All taxes and service fees are included in the displayed price.
Some activities may have optional add-ons or insurance, which will be clearly shown before checkout. What is and is not included for each package is listed on the tour page.
Currency
In accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015, all payments are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices shown in other currencies, such as USD, are estimates and may differ from the actual charge.
If you pay with a foreign card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank Transfer: direct transfer to our bank account
- E-Wallets: GoPay, OVO, Dana, ShopeePay
- Virtual Account: BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata
- Cash: pay on arrival (for select activities)
Payment security
All payments on Travelnata are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Refunds
Refund processing times vary by payment method: usually 5-14 business days for cards, 1-3 business days for e-wallets and 3-5 business days for bank transfers.
