Group booking assistance
How to book Travelnata activities for a group, and how to get help with special arrangements for groups of 10 or more travelers.
Booking for a group
Most activities on Travelnata accommodate group bookings. Simply select the number of participants during checkout.
Large groups (10+ travelers)
For large groups of 10 or more people, we recommend contacting us directly for special arrangements and potential group discounts.
To help us prepare your group booking, please include:
- The activity or activities you are interested in
- Your preferred date and time
- Number of participants
- Full name of the lead traveler, email address and phone number
- Hotel name or pickup location (if applicable)
Booking ahead
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Popular activities, especially sunrise tours and peak season experiences, should be booked 3-7 days ahead.
Changes and cancellations
Group bookings follow the cancellation and reschedule policy shown on each activity page. See "How to modify or cancel my booking" for details.
