Raft the Ayung River and ride an ATV at Dadi Bali Adventures in Payangan, near Ubud, in one day. You start with about 2 hours of guided Class II–III rafting through the jungle gorge, then switch to a quad bike for about 1.5 hours on Dadi's track: jungle and valley trails, rice fields, river crossings, a tunnel and the Gorilla Statue. What to expect

Your day starts on the Ayung River, Bali's best-known rafting river. After a safety briefing, professional guides take you through Class II–III rapids beneath the rainforest canopy, past waterfalls, steep gorges and stone cliffs. Rafting takes about 2 hours, followed by a shower and your first meal. Then the action moves to land at Dadi Bali Adventures in Payangan. After an ATV briefing, you ride for about 1.5 hours through five kinds of terrain: jungle and valley trails, rice fields and village lanes, river and waterfall crossings, a tunnel and Dadi's Gorilla Statue landmark, and a muddy, challenging section. Finish with a hot shower and a second meal at the base camp. Lockers, towels, changing rooms and safety equipment for both activities are provided.
